Ken is a wonderful person and personable. He is knowledgeable and diligent. After Ken completed the inspection, he sat, explained what he had done, showed photos he took and explained his determinations. Ken then took me to areas of the home to explain how certain things worked. I highly recommend Kenco.

Had an inspection done yesterday and have nothing but great things to say! The inspector who came out (I forgot his name) was so nice, knowledgeable and super efficient! He did a thorough inspection and I had the report this morning. I would highly recommend!
Kenco was organized, efficient, extremely easy to do business with. They confirmed the request for inspection with an informative email package giving us options for wind mit and 4 point inspection, which we discussed with our Insurance agent prior to inspection. Chris, our inspector was on time and did a great job. He explained everything to us before he left and answered all of our questions. We had a completed report within 6 hrs. Great experience. I highly recommend. Price was very reasonable as well.
