We have been in business for more than 15 years and have completed over 15,000 inspections in the Southeast Florida area. Kenco home inspection does great work very thorough full home inspection. Inspectors very professional, prompt for appointments. Kenco does wind mitigation & 4 point inspection for insurance too. I personally use and recommend to my clients & friends. Prices very competitive for area! Great reports easy understand with pictures!

This was a great experience with Kenco, everything from the electronic contract and payment options, to the professional report received online. Very professional, fast and very thorough. I would’ve overlooked some very serious, and otherwise not so obvious problems. I believe you can trust them to do right by you too!
