Fantastic company with the highest level of expertise. The inspector was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything well. He went above and beyond and did a full property inspection including interior and exterior, as well as a thermal infrared camera assessment, wind mitigation test and checked for mold. The reporting was very detailed. Appreciate the honesty in the south Florida real estate market. Saved us a lot of headache and $$$.

Purchased a home and had them inspect it. They did not find the structural leaks in the walls, or identify that the double pane windows were needing replacement due to marks within the double pane. Overall cost of all these repairs is close to $10,000. would never use them again. Inspector was Chris.
