I really appreciated his clear explanation of the process. He also was able to provide a Bowl Prep. kit for me on site.
I showed up for video appt and was accused of being a criminal for driving. I had no other choice and didn't understand why i was having a video appointment for gastro anyway. Staff sent info that went to spam and then i had to dl an app last minute. later they refused to hear my needs and talked over me. Then i was sent a letter again accusing me of swearing over the phone.
Friendly and efficient staff. I found Dr. Reckard to personable and knowledgeable. I had a great experience for a procedure that one would not consider fun.
