Listened well and gave excellent followup! Ken suggested an upper endoscopy and set this up. he showed concern for my health. I felt that I was treated as a real person and not just another number. Thank you Ken for your service. By the way, when I submitted a previous rating on my smart phone in inadvertently used the incorrect numbers on my device. Your rating should have been excellent. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Ken was fantastic, by disappointment was having to wait 4 months for a procedure.

Rooms were sparkling clean. Office workers were very helpful. Dr. Reckard was very kind.

I have always enjoyed seeing Dr. Ken. I didn't know he was a Dr. Thought he was a nurse practitioner. So all the better with our visits now. Plus with Ken he always knew what had been going on with your health and was up to date with your file. I like that. Thank you Dr Ken.
I've been seeing him for several years. Always informative, and he listens to my questions and concerns to make sure everything is taken care of.
In both Zoom and phone call, he understood my concerns, considered them carefully, and clearly explained a best course of action and the reasons for it. The staff is also friendly, but their current patient calling method is unworkable. It needs to be changed asap. - This is an OR Clinic responsibility of course not K. Reckard's nor the staff's.
