Second virtual appointment to check on meds for chronic condition. Provider listens, responds, and suggests. Easy going manner.
Ken listened to my concerns and together we chose a course of action. I felt like he really heard what I was saying.
He has a very kind demeanor, and he was very comfortable to talk with. He took the time to explain things to me and to ensure any questions I had were addressed. Additionally, the clinic is beautiful and the staff across the board were fabulous.
