Traveled an hour to Ken Nelson for service. Brakes were inspected and was advised they were incorrectly installed. I agreed to replace them with the correct OEM parts. Left the dealership and could hear a clunking noise from the brakes and returned immediately. Was advised they cleaned them and reinstalled them. Was told to drive it a week and return if there was a problem. Just washed the vehicle and looked at the brake pads and they are marked NAPA. I could have got those at a local garage. Reached out for information on a car stated email only. Car salesman called me, after I hung up on him as he did not use the correct type of conversation requested. They sent me a string of rude messages. Lying that they sent several emails which were not in spam, inbox or any folder in my emails. Then accused me of not knowing how to use email when it was clearly a id10t error on this salesman. Driving through and the car didn’t seem right. Service team immediately answered the phone, and stop by. They were professional, efficient and back on the road in no time. Best service and very grateful.
Best customer service I’ve had at a car dealership! Every single person we worked with was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Worked with us and got us where we needed to be. Will be using them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
We had 3 vehicles detailed at Ken Nelson since the spring. I can’t even begin to tell you what a great job was done on all 3 vehicles. When we picked them up they went from salty from the winter and dirty from 2 men driving 2 of the vehicles to perfect. It was like all 3 were coming right from the showroom floor. They do awesome work.
