Sydney was excellent!! We bought a 2025 Sorento Hybrid. We had the opportunity to take a Sorento plug-in with fewer miles at a higher trim level at a dealership 70 miles away, but we chose Ken Nelson because of how she worked with us. The other guys were hyper pushy, and seemed offended when we wouldn't make a deal the time we had our toddler out there. No pressure in purchasing my new vehicle. My salesman was excellent he showed us different options in vehicles to match our needs.
