I wrote a previous review on this site about Ken Nelson Chevrolet? I was a bit hasty in writing it and wish to change my review. I have since returned to the dealership and spoke with Chad the Sales Manager and explained the encounter I had. Chad made it all better and now I have nothing but praise for them. So much so, that I ordered a new Corvette from them. Chad gave me a great deal on my new Corvette and am very pleased with this dealership. Thanks Again!
Just stopped by Ken Nelson Chevy in Dixon. Walked in the front door and no one at the desk? I got the impression that no one was interested in helping me? Finally Someone asked if I needed help? I said yes I would like some info on ordering a car. The lady said I will get the Manager to help you since I am unsure of the process? I said ok. Apparently the Manager was too busy to help me?
