Thinking of buying or having your car serviced. Stay away from any Ganley dealership. My sister in law brought her car in for service on a bad gas line The Ganley Subaru dealership returned her car back with a damaged mirror and stated she brought the car in that way. Wow. How dumb do they think people are. Dealers profits come from thier service department . Please don't take your car to any Ganley dealership in northeast Ohio
I LOVE my car. And I LOVE my seller, but I DO NOT love that I had my car for less than a month and had to replace the rotors and brake pads. I told them about it and of course they say " that is not covered ". Awesome. We chose GANLEY over A LOT of other car dealerships and this is the thanks we get. If you are buying a car from this place, make sure you check EVERYTHING YOURSELF!
Loved it so much, after I bought a car there, I went to work there 3 years later & I'm still there!
Waited for 4 hours to get my speaker fixed only for the technicians to come back and tell me they had to order it. I was told it would be an hour or 2.
Showed up for our appointment to look at a car, salesman was too busy for us. We waited 45 minutes for him to even talk to us. When we asked for another salesman, we were told to patiently wait on the salesman we had an appointment with. It took us 4 hours to even get the ball rolling on buying the vehicle. The finance guy convinced my wife that we needed an extended warranty through Fidelity. HUGE MISTAKE. It cost us another 1800 dollars on top of the vehicle, and the warranty is a joke.
