Ganley ??, pre-historic sales tactics, comical..think of them as a the "JV team"..Customer complaints, credit bureau complaints, actual convicted felons seing and leasing, and pushing "warrantys" on potential customers. Area agency on aging , in not 1, but 4 different counties, handling complaints, on over agressive sales calls, over bearing and UN-reasonable use of credit files..What a fabulous place to purchase a auto!!
Service team is phenomenal and always friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough great things about them. They will absolutely take care of anything you need. GM Major Harrison leaves something to be desired and has been difficult to work with since we leased two cars from them in September. Had to call corporate twice to get a return call from him/my issue partly resolved - to which I still do not have the features we requested/ordered in one of the cars. Saw a number of new clients take home their Import vehicles yesterday...friendly staff who cares, wonderful and vast selection of highly desirable cars, like Alfa Romeo and an excellent, new Management team in place that ensures their guests walk away with customer service that’s above and beyond. I would definitely recommend buying a vechicle from this dealer.
I cannot Thank You Enough Major Harrison and His Entire Staff were Amazing from Start to Finish, They went above and beyond to Help My Daughter and I Though the Whole Process of Getting Our New Tiguan and We Love it, I Highly Recommend Them for all Your Car Needs, Cause They are the Best in The Business
Please do not buy from here!! They sold me a car with terrible problems, that I had to come out of pocket for a lot of repairs and I only had the car for a year. The staff is very rude and they are scam artist. They knew the car was a piece of junk from the very beginning but I definitely learned my lesson. Will never buy for from this place ever again! Car was so messed up that I now have to trade it in and will be never return to ganley Bedford automobile ever again !
