I went in for an oil change, since Mentor closed their Fiat dealer. Josh, the service manager, treated me like an old friend. My car was clean and ready promptly.
The sales staff and finance department was top notch. They spend time explaining all the features of the 2017 Jetta were were going to purchase finance got us in and out. Will definitely by or next VW there. Thanks for the great service
This place is a joke. The techs know nothing and treat you like your at a corner but here pay here car lot...so disappointing after spending 40,000 on a car to be treated so poorly
I called and made an appointment for the next day which was today (Thursday) to look at a beetle.... drove over an hour just to test drive and buy this car... only when I got there I was told it was sold on Saturday... so tell me this how can I call and check on a car when it was already sold three days before.... get your shit together.... it was very unprofessional... and it was your loss....I took my money to another dealership.
A very nice man named Joe took care of me when I brought my Jeep in for a tune-up and oil change. Kudos for Joe....
