Ruth was awesome!!!!! Our 2012 Diesel Passat was totaled by a drunk driver. We sustained no broken bones only bruises. Needless to say we replaced our beloved VW with a new 2016 Passat. Thank you to Kyle too-he was extremely helpful over the phone. Great experience.

After calling several vw dealerships and kempthorn being towards the end of dealerships not even 5minuites later they were calling me getting more information within 15/minutes total they found what I was looking for! It would take a few days to receive and I'm impatient so I drove to Canton found a car we really liked the salesman I spoke with on the phone walked out and began to tell us about that car before long we were goin on a test drive and doin paperwork!! I've been dealing with Kempthorn for nearly 10 years. Bob Novak and Eric Kempthorn have made the process of buying cars completely headache-free for my family. Bought my first vw, 2012 pre owned Jetta with 25k miles on it. Great buying experience super helpful with purchase and explaining all warranty capabilities. Had a couple things done to it sense and I refuse to take service elsewhere. Super helpful, because overall customer appreciation and service even when it comes to small fixes. Couldn't be happier, won't be going elsewhere!

arrived twenty minutes after calling to inquire about a certain vehicle id seen online. Once I had gotten there they had the vehicle washed and ready for me to test drive. My sales rep was Denny. Friendly, honest, not pushy and extremely patient. I loved the car, the price was great, i felt very good about the purchase. Denny worked with me for quite some time to finance the vehicle, definitely went above and beyond in a genuine way. Ill be recommending him and kempthorn to everyone i know whose in the market for a new car!
