We have bought 5 VW from Kempthorn. The service used to be outstanding. I got my Tiguan serviced a week ago. The charge was astronomical. It was just for a service check. Almost $300.00. They even charged .94 cents to top off windshield wiper fluid! Had to bring it back because my trunk latch was broken. Still under warranty. Got home and should have checked it before leaving. My trunk when pushing the trunk button on key fob used to click. It should click! Not anymore. My trunk when opened should slowly go up. Not anymore! ... read more
so far I'm pretty happy. I will add them to the list of car lots to buy cars from. just picked up a 2018 VW Beetle. service was excellent.
