This dealership truly understands the concept of customer service. The purchasing experience was one of the most pleasant I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I had a tire blowout that resulted in a tow to the dealership after calling roadside assistance. The general manager called me this morning and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered me a loaner car or a ride to work if needed. I declined both as I was already at work. Excellent service. From out of state(PA) Rachel did so much via text and emails to make my trip worth while.. I knew I was not going to be aupriaed by any defects or blemishes. Denny made the buying process simple and Charles made the paperwork a breeze.
