I've had the pleasure of dealing with the fine folks at Kempf's as a customer, a non-profit representative, and now a friend. The jewelry that I've purchased is exquisite and I've gone back to have my rings fixed and maintained and to have the chain of a necklace replaced. They've always been so kind and helpful, and I've never felt like I was being played (which is easy to do with jewelry).
