My family was there 30 min before closing and the staff show us all the items we need to see. we bought couple Rolexes and the service was great and staff stay 30 minutes past closing to help us get everything. The service was professional and they have years of experience and knowledge. I later went to Millennium mall to the Rolex store and the service was horrible so was the selection. I walked out within 2 minutes. I am looking forward to buy more jewlery/watches in the future.
Kempf’s and Rhett were both a pleasure to work with. Rhett was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
