Gale certainly went with my initial idea, showed me settings that met my pre-conceived notions. Perfect! Until..... I saw a piece totally unlike my pre-conceived notion, sitting in a showcase on the other side of the store! Yes, she steered me to what I thought I wanted, but when I saw a totally different setting and loved it, she made it happen! I'm delighted!
