Stand behind your customer, not the sales rep
I bought a Jetta here in 2015. I'm having an issue with a part, and from the research we've done, it seems that it should be covered under the warranty we purchased. However, when my husband called the dealership, they said they won't tell us whether it's covered until after we've brought it in and paid $129 for a diagnostic test. If it turns out it's covered, they'll waive the fee and fix it, but if not, we'll be charged.
