My wife and I have gotten two cars through this dealership over the last few years and both times they were friendly, fair, and easy to work with. We were happy with the outcome both times and would recommend them.
For the last 7 months I have been fighting a warranty for my car. They keep submitting wrong information to the warranty department which is why my claim keeps getting denied. I've been lied to about needing a new battery (only 5-8 % left), took it else where, they gave me a printed ticked stating my battery had over 50%. The last 3 oil changes there, they have not updated my sticker. I never trust what they have to say, and question the quality of work performed. I could go on, but ultimately just DON'T GO THERE!!
I am very impressed with this dealership! New, modern building, very nice and spacious waiting area for the clinets, including a large TV and coffee/tea bar; the customer service team is very helpful and nice to deal with. Highly recommended!
Like my "people's car" so far. the dealership is so european and it is immaculate clean.
