Service was great. In my case they gave me great pricing on new tires. They finished earlier than promised. Did not scratch my rims either although it could use a little more cleaning since that tire lube or whatever was still on the rims. They shuttled me to work, which was close (5 minute drive) but still a generous thing to do and they picked me up to get me back to the dealership. They also fixed a couple other issues. I had a couple recent issues with my 11 GTI and I do a lot of highway driving so even after 3 years the car has quite a few miles on it. Some of my issues were with Volkswagen as a company and the parts that seemed to me to be poorly built and I had a couple frustrating miscommunications with service/parts staff. I had a wonderful shopping experience when I purchased my car in October 2013. However, in calling subsequent to the purchase to ask a question of a financing document, it became quite apparent that avoidance of me was apparent as I have called three times within 24 hours and there is either the excuse that a finance manager is not in yet or busy with another customer. Where is the fantastic service follow through throughout the car buying experience and BEYOND
