I brought my Tiguan in for it's first 10k maintenance. Rachael waited on me and she was very professional, kind and helpful.. She told me that it would take about an hour to do the maint work.. She also informed me of a brand new recall that had just come out on the SW issue and asked if I would like to have that taken care of while I was there and it would now take a half if I should choose to do so..
