Their appraisal, trade-in program is quite insulting! They use KBB true value to get leads and then don’t want to give you even close to the value of your vehicle , and honestly I could not have been more honest on KBB, I actually went into as much detail as possible for problems our Jeep Wrangler had for trade KBB true value estimated the vehicles value to still be $7,900-$9,800 all we wanted was $8,000.
