Lack of communication internally and with their customers, specifically Ivan and Jeremiah. The dealership seems more worried about making the first sale and not retaining you as a customer later down the road.
I purchased my brand new RAV4 from Freedom Toyota and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Thomas was a phenomenal salesman. He answered the many questions we had and took his time with us. They even stayed open after hours just to ensure our paperwork could get completed so I could take the car home that night, which was extremely appreciated.
