We went to look at Tacomas. Found a pre owned 2018 with low mileage that checked all the boxes and more. Our product specialist Liza Lonergan was fantastic! She seemed genuinely friendly, courteous and no pressure. Liza is very knowledgeable , could answer all our questions and when we went back to pick up the truck we bought she spent over a hour with us setting up and showing how to use all the features. This is the most pleasant vehicle shopping experience I’ve had. We will go back.
It was an awful experience. I went for an oil change and of course they found some other issues. Cabin air filter and throttle body induction service. I waited an hour and 45 minutes. I think that’s a long time. I also had another appointment and I also babysit which I had to get home for. I’m not the only one today that was there for a long time. I loved my experience at Freedom Toyota! From the minute I walked in, they had my back. They had the exact car I wanted and reserved it just for me. Domingo made everything super easy and uncomplicated. He walked us through every step. This is NOT one of those places where you feel pushed and surrounded by chaos.
