Friendly experieced people from start to finish.
I drove 250 miles to Freedom Toyota to pick up my 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro. The two things that stood out about this dealership was #1 - No-nonsense pricing. It was great to see no junk fees or dealer add-ons. #2 - Also, The whole transaction was smooth from initial inquiry to vehicle pick-up. I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes on pickup day. Very easy.
Went to trade in my car that I bought from them (excellent when I got the car). They not only low balled me and offered way under what the car was worth. Once I told them that’s ok I’ll just hold onto this car a little longer, the guy (don’t remember his name) tried telling me he heard “knocking” when he test drove it and that my engine was going to go soon so they need to get me into something 🙄. Had it at my mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with my car along with two other dealerships saying nothing was wrong

I called early this week to have to have my BMW that I bought here to have an oil change. My appt was for 9am this morning and it is 1030am and I was just told that it will be at least 15 more minutes. They did not have the filter for my car although my car is on file here and they knew it was coming. When I asked if it usually takes this long I was told that if they had known I was coming they would have had it ordered.
