Excellent company. Professional estimator with estimate plus photos given. We were also advised clearly as to timeframe for repair. We have used company before and always had great service. Highly recommend.
We got an estimate from Kelly roofing. Zack did an extensive examination of the roof with videos and photos, which he showed us. He explained what was the problem was, and gave us an itemized estimate for repairs and cleaning. All very professional. Kelly roofing was recommended to us by a friend of ours. We are told the work will be done within the next 2 weeks.
In Sept 2014 I had a roof leak. I did not know anything about roofing companies however Kelly roofing had done some work in my community so I called them. I know now that I should have researched the company!!! They repaired my roof to the tune of $865 & assured me the problem was solved . PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH KELLY ROOFING FOR A FEW YEARS. THEY PUT THIS FLAT ROOF ON ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO! $10,000.00 FOR ABOUT 1000 SQUARE FOOT! IT HAS LEAKED EVER SINCE! THE WATER POURS IN AT THE AC VENT ON MY CEILING ON THE SECOND FLOOR! I HAD JEREMY HERE TO CHECK IT OUT, HE BLAMED IT ON THE AC GUYS, WHICH THEY HIRED! PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING THEM!!! I just purchased a home in May of 2014, knowing that the roof was replaced in 2007 by Kelly Roofing. Just a few weeks ago I noticed a roof leak in my master bedroom. I immediately called Kelly Roofing and explained to them the situation since the roof was under warranty but by the previous owner.
