Have dealt with Kelly Roofing several times over the past 15 years. Have always been professional and prompt in their work. With their guarantee, I keep going back to them any time I have a roofing problem. Their office staff is pretty competent as well.
My roof sustained some damage during the hurricane. Kelly Roofing was able to fit me in quickly to have someone evaluate the roof. They gave me recommendations and walked me through the process. I have hired them to begin the process of replacing the roof. They have done a great job thus far.
After the storm I have nothing positive to say about Kelly roofing. I understand the the deluge of calls your company must have received after Irma but the lack of communication between your company and it’s customers was extremely lacking. After filling out the request for an inspection and wanting money upfront it took weeks for anyone to contact me, not even a simple acknowledgement that my request was received. We had an appointment with Kelly Roofing today and I am happy to say that not only was the rep. from Kelly Roofing on time he was very knowledgeable about the process. We have had other roofers come out to get a quote and they never even went on the roof--- not the case with Kelly Roofing. This company was wonderful to work with. They did a thorough evaluation of my roof damage by hurricane IRMA and will work with my insurance company and adjusters.
I haved lived in Naples for over 21 years and seen Kelly Roofing trucks in my neighborhood doing roof repairs. My neighbor had them fix his roof and gave me good input on their work. I have contacted Kelly Roofing who will be doing a repair on my roof next month. So far, they have been professional (quick to come out for a written estimate, complete with pictures), phone call from owner just to make sure I had been treated well, etc. Very communicative and polite. I will write another review when my repair is complete. Since this is the rainy season, I will know right away if it's done right!
