Kelly Nissan is the worst dealership I've ever experienced. Your not concerned about your customers, your concerned about a lawsuit. The vehicle I purchased was not a new vehicle as advertised. All 4 brakes were in terrible condition, when I had them servicesd 2 months after purchasing the vehicle. I discovered a half smoked joint on the side of my drivers seat, 3 weeks after purchasing the car. We have looked into your concerns and definitely appreciated the feedback but we have not serviced your vehicle in over 2 years so I'm concerned about some of the statements that you make. The only time you brought it to us for service was almost a year after you purchased it and we looked at your brakes and could not duplicate your concern. Kelly Nissan helped me find truck and thoroughly explained everything to me . Andy was great at answering my questions .Tony the sales manager helped get me financed while Dave ******** found the Greatest truck for me. I appreciate all there help and would reccomend them to anyone.
