I am torn about this location. The sales team genuinely seems to care about customer experience and I appreciate that. I even shared a terrible experience we had over 20 years ago and they listened, apologized, and didn’t make excuses. I’m updating my review. My 2022 Frontier’s purchasing and warranty work was not the best experience. Kelly Nissan made it right. I just purchased a 2026 Frontier and the experience was great. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. They gave me a great deal on my new truck. It took weeks of searching for the exact truck I wanted. They kept me updated the whole time.
