Andy was great to work with—he made the process comfortable and stress-free. Andy was fantastic—friendly and professional. While I didn’t get what I hoped for on my trade-in and pricing was firm, I do love the car I purchased. Overall, a good experience.
Paul Stepanovic, our service person, was outstanding. He clearly explained our issues; was extremely professional ; and very customer focused. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We've done business with this dealership for years. It's always been a great experience on both the sales & service sides.
The salesperson Tim was very friendly and I would recommend him. I just did not make the deal because of cost and they were not very negotiable.
