Thursday, May 8 I entered Kelly Nissan dealership with my father. I was assisted by associate **** my goal was to get a new car, but unfortunately that did not happen after sharing personal information with the associate ****, he begin to use that personal information against me after giving me what my quote would be every two weeks. We tried to sell a car to the customer. We gain nothing from not selling a car. Unfortunately, based on the customers current situation, we were unable to get to a monthly payment she wanted. We did everything we could to get her into a new car within in her budget. It did not work out and we apologize for any misrepresentation from our team. After the remodel every service *** had done has been a nightmare. Service desk workers are always overworked and ******* just for me to wait 4hrs on oil change. I paid $200 for dx testing so far I've fixed everything they have told me and i still hear a noise. I filled out their survey and no one has reached out to me.

I purchased a 2019 certified used Rogue from Kelly in August. In financing, I prepaid for oil changes and routine maintenance. Today, I brought the car in, and several hours after dropping it off, I received a text that I urgently needed new rear brakes, injector service, and throttle body service. Horrible Service! I was advised at my last oil change to bring my car in before the end of the year to get my last oil change paid for upfront in my contract. When I went in today, I was told Kelly Nissan would not honor it because I was two hundred miles over. Horrible service team. Always rude. I have had my car damaged while it was being serviced. I have to drop off the car to get an oil change or wait 3 weeks for an appointment for "waiting". I've been waiting for management to get back to me.

The worst experience Ive had with any dealer Ive been given a bunch of run around and Im highly disappointed with the misleading false information that have been given to me. This place lies and now Im in a big whole that I didnt put myself in. I need help immediately some kind of assistance Id give this place no stars if possible and two thumbs down its a SCAM They definitely will financially do you in so dirty.

I will say if you have any third party warranties or any Nissan warranties, be sure to have the finance department email you the contract. This dealership will financially **** you if youre unaware. I was told that some expensive service was not covered, and after calling a different Nissan dealership, I was informed that the services were absolutely covered. It amazed me that apparently the proper research was not conducted initially because again, I was informed that the service was not covered.but after speaking with a to... read more

No accountability and no respect for customers. They preach being all under the Nissan name as if to imply all dealers are the same and all are a team. Yet this dealer would not honor another dealers work. Poor attention to details. Charged me for a service they completed and they didn't even complete it correctly, yet wanted me to pay more money for more repairs. No customer service and no intention on retaining customers it seems.

Absolutely awful experience. Their untrained mechanics misdiagnosised my vehicle. I authorized $1,574 in repairs & picked my vehicle only to find out more repairs were needed.If I had known from the $169 diagnosis I paid for I could have had the most important items repaired.And I feel a strut mount is important. I will never buy another vehicle there nor will I recommend Kelly Nissan to my friends.I didn't even get a courtesy wash.Horrible experience.

I have reviewed this complaint and there were 3 original issues that the vehicle came in for. It originally came in for a check engine light, a headlight was not working and a splash guard was loose. As part of our normal procedure we also perform a visual inspection of the vehicle to determine if there is anything else needed at the time of service.
