Terrible experience My 2014 armada was service by the (keystone cops) technical team for 4 weeks with a different diagnosis every week . after it was all said and done my total **** was $1852.64 My Armada still the have the problem, I live a fix income Need support to complain about businesses that take advantage of consumers

While we certainly don't want to take a long time to diagnose any vehicle, this was a complicated matter that was exacerbated by the global parts shortage. Also, to be clear, ************ did not pay $1,852.64. His warranty company paid over $1,200 of the **** so while we understand that he is not happy - he did not pay the keystone cops (as he has called us) $1,800.

Poor customer service. Telephone people are rude. I had an appointment, was there on time, sat for an hour and no one helped me. I called about this flyer they sent and realize everyone won the prize, how bogus! The sales manager would not answer the phone. No organization. Sales people in abundance but they were running around trying to look busy. If this is how they do business, then thank you. You've showed me the content of your character! We apologize for your experience during our huge sales event. We had an overwhelming response to the event and at times had more customers than salespeople. It was our intention to take care of everyone and hopefully sell as many cars as possible - after all no one can get paid unless you buy something. So again, we apologize if you felt otherwise. I'm not sure what happened with the phones because we do not have a Devontae working anywhere in the dealership.

I give them three stars only for the convenience of being across the street from me, but lately my experiences and my trust has diminished. I took my car in for service on July 25, 2020 for a tire rotation, a quick and easy fix and for a cheap price so I thought. The dashboard lights were still on saying Tire Maintenance, oh they forgot to reset the dashboard. Wonderful experience Andy T. Very good salesman. He listened and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He showed me several vehicles and allowed me to pick what I wanted. He answered every question and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the entire process. Yes I would shop here again. Thank you Andy

I purchased a used vehicle from Kelly Nissan in early Feb. The vehicle had verified low miles and we were excited to purchase it for our family. 14 days later we took the vehicle on a 3 hour road trip to visit a child in college. After arriving and parking, the car would not move any more. We had the vehicle towed to a mechanic who quoted us repairs for the control arm which we were ready to pay as part of buying a used car. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration by the sales person Mr. Jerome ****** He very quickly found a used car that met pretty much everything that I was looking for. I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision and when I returned the next day we were able to negotiate a satisfactory sales contract.
