I'm not entirely sure how long I've been seeing this dentist but he is great. There is no white coat anxiety in this office. The office is clean but entertaining and relaxed, especially if you're a music lover. All staff I've dealt with has been very friendly.
So today I had my first cleaning procedure with this office. i haven't been to a dentist in years, because they scared me to death! I was put at ease on my initial visit, first and foremost by the environment and vibe the office puts on... autographed guitars on the wall, great music, and a waiting room with old school arcade games. I have had a terrible fear of the dentist since age 8... fear so bad that I can't even hardly get myself to the dentist(I can think of some great excuses not to go.) Dr. Cook is open and honest and will not tolerate you being in any kind of pain, and to me that is one of the most important things in the world. The cost of treatmeant is very reasonable, and the office and staff are the very comforting.
I have had 2 crowns and 4 fillings done here. Completely relaxing atmosphere. While they were preparing my temporary crowns, I wasn't even aware they had done my fillings! I am so glad that I made the switch from my previous dental practice. No hesitation in recommending Dr Cook to friends and family
Dr. Cook has replaced five crowns for me. Two great things about Dr. Cook: (1) he was SO gentle and kind that if I budged at all he made sure to stop and ask me if I was doing okay. It's obvious he wants you to be relaxed and comfortable and not in pain. His chairside manner is the best. (2) He made sure to take his time and do it right. I took my 7 year old son in for exam and cleaning. I have NEVER met a dentist and his staff who were more professional AND nice. They made my son feel super comfortable and they don't make you wait. Because of the great service, I brought my 4 year old there and I am a patient there now as well. The waiting room has video games for kids and us adults to have fun while you are checking in. I have never been more pleased with a dentist and his staff as I am with this one!!!!
I never had a really good dental experience until I came to Dr. Cook's office. He and his staff are professional, personable and very understanding. I used to be an anxious dental patient, but no more - thanks to Dr. Cook and dental assistant Joe Lafferty. I get compliments on the aesthetic quality of the bridge work they've done so far, and I'm actually looking forward to my dental appointments now. The best dentist I've had until now would get 2 stars on a scale of 4. Dr. Cook gets all 4!
Dr. Cook is very skilled. Love the rock theme! The entire staff is friendly and professional. The rock music helps me to forget I'm in the dentist's chair. I've had crown work done & it's always been pain-free. Front desk staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this dental office with its caring, professional staff!
OK, you can stop looking for a dentist. You wanted to make sure you didn't pick one that was out on parole or worked out of the trunk of his car, right?
