Dr Cook and his staff are all quite friendly and knowledgable. They always make me feel quite comfortable in the "dental" atmosphere. They always do a great job! The hygienist was amazing as well. They know what they're doing and do a great job! (I know because I used to be in dental hygiene) Thank you!
My entire family has been w/ Dr. Kelly for almost two years. My husband had a bad experience at our last dentist and feared going to the dentist for years. From setting the appointment to the actual work getting done, Dr. Kelly and his staff have been so amazing! I got a couple cavities filled today and i was very scared because of previous experiences with my dentist in Washington. Dr Cook is the Doc that rocks! He talked me through each step he was doing and made me feel relaxed.. It was painless and fast. I have insurance and the cost isnt bad at all. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. I will definately recommend him to others.
I am a dental phobic and Kelly Cook is the dentist I have ever trusted. He has done extensive dental and crown work. I feel very at ease and he has never done anything that wasn't upfront or that made me uncomfortable in any way. If I have any issues or concerns the staff gets me an appointment without any drama. Kelly Cook also has had to recommend me to a few trusted dental colleagues for specialty work that worked out well. They office works well with my dental insurer and I have no complaints about the billing.
I put off going to Dr. Cook until I was in so much pain I couldn't stand it. I HATE, HATE, HATE going to the dentist, like almost everyone I know. I have always had bad experiences at the dentist so was hesitant to go but right away the staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Cook is a straight-forward man and I appreciate his honesty even if the news was not great. My husband is seeing Dr. Cook as well and he had a deep cleaning/scaling done and his teeth are 90% better. Professional clean environment and yet relaxed with a staff that knows how to enjoy themselves. They are very knowledgeable. I was having tooth aches and they were able to see me within the same day and remedy the situation promptly.
I have to admit that I have an aversion to Doctors - not just Dentists but all Doctors. Before I choose Dr Cook for my dental work, I did my due diligence and made absolutely sure that the practice "catered to cowards"! Dr Cook has done restorative work in the form of onlays and crowns. The staff completely understands that patients do not always enjoy visiting the dentist and they work extremely hard to make each visit a pleasant visit. Dr. Kelly Cook and his staff are great. Great Music and Great People.It's not the normal dentist office. Gutairs all over the walls with Kick Ass bands playing all over the office. This Dude Rocks!!!!!!! Plus he has arcade games while you wait. Does great work and his staff is very respectable. Best Dentist that I ever seen.
