I went to Doctor Cook as a last resort to fix the horrible job the Army dentists did on my teeth. He did an amazing job and I am so glad I found him. He even worked with me when I had no insurance and had to pay out of pocket. It was worth every penny. I am so grateful for Dr. Cook and his team. I am not ashamed of my teeth anymore. I have had many treatments done on my teeth the mold of my teeth for my TMJ was just the most recent. Doc is the Best! This is the Coolest Dentist Office I've ever been to! Dr. Cook and All of the Staff are always super nice and very informative. They did a Great job on my dental work and I recommend Dr. Cook before any Dentist in the Valley! Why? Because he's the "Doc that Rocks!"
Dr. Cook is the coolest Dentist in town. Makes going to the dentist a fun experience, with the rock and roll atmosphere!!

Dr. Cook and his staff are amazing. Very friendly, and very professional. They are top star in their Dentistry in my book ! My procedure was quick and I was in and out of there quickly for having 2 front crowns done. They take great pride in their work here. I would not trust anyone else with my smile :) Joe his assistant made me a great pair of temporary's till my crowns come in. They looked so good that I was able to smile with confidence. Although I have never had a extremely terrible dental experience I still have tons of anxiety about dental appointments. I have dentist hopped for about 5 years. I received a referral to Dr. Cook's office and gave it a try. I am so so thankful that I did. Dr. Cook's practice is a very different approach to dentistry. I recommend this dentist above and beyond any dentist you have ever had, ever!! The minute you walk up to the office door you are greeted with a guitar. When you walk in, you find out why the guitar is the first thing you see. The office is filled with a wonderful relaxing atmosphere!! No dentist office or any office I have ever been in comes close to this office. Never written a review, about anything, ever. However, I just left Dr. Cook's office and had two fillings painlessly and quickly done. Also, I am someone who is a bit of a perfectionist about her teeth. I've had braces in the past but my teeth shifted and I was exploring the option of invisalign. Dr. Cook told me about 'teeth adjusting' where the teeth are filed down a bit to make the appearance of a more even and straight smile. Let me tell you, he did an AMAZING job!! was very scared. Was told to stop acting like an 8 year old and put on my big girl panties. actually thought that was great because he was right. never had to pay extra for nitrous but in his defense he advised I didn't need. Will definitely be back with my big girl panties on :)
