Dr. Cook has the friendliest environment you could find for a dentist office. I was playing free video games in the lobby and the whole office is covered in Rock&Roll memorabilia, it is cool. More importantly ive had everything done from root canals to crowns and more. He works quickly and it is pain free. I like most people fear going to the denitist but going to Dr. Cook has changed all that. I can honestly say that I look forward to heading in there and talking with him and his staff. Five stars all the way Phoenix.

Dr. Cook's office is amazing!!! I was TERRIFIED of the dentist. So terrified that I let 2 of my teeth decay so much that they broke. I went into his office ashamed and very nervous. As soon as I walked in the doors, I knew it would be different. I was immediately comforted by office staff and the dental assistants. When Dr. Cook told me that I was "nothing special" I was beyond relieved! He explained every thing he would like to do and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kelly Jorn Cook is simply the best (and coolest) dentist in the Valley. He is remarkably talented and yet very down to earth. His first concern is for the patient's comfort and care. He know how much I hate getting dental work and always goes out of his way to take the stress out of it for me. I also like the fact he has the latest technology and so there's no guess work for the patient - he not only tells you what you need but can show you via X-rays or by camera. Kelly has been our Dentist for the majority of the past 13 years....the only break was when my insurance changed and we were out of his network, once it changed back, we couldn't wait to go back to him! The facility is similar to a visit to a Rock & Roll museum. There is memorabelia displayed in very tasteful arrangements throughout the office; music is piped in that puts one at ease effortlessly. Dr. Cook and his staff are amazing! The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I felt comfortable from the time I entered the office. I will continue to go back, and will refer his services to everyone I know!! Oh, did I fail to mention how cool his office is? WOW.. I was out town last week and I cracked a tooth. I called Dr. Cook's office and I was able to get an appt right away. I was thinking I am going to have a large expense right before the Holidays, which I don't need. The day I had the appt, the doctor's assistant took an x-ray and advised me that I had cracked my crown. The good news, is that my crown was covered since I had a 5 -year warranty, so NO COST for me. I could not be happier with with Dr. Cook and his staff. I'm very particular about my teeth and I couldn't imagine having anyone else looking over my the health of my teeth and gums. Everyone knows he is the "doc that rocks" with the very cool office that has video games and autographed memorabilia, but it's his care that sets him apart. I've had a variety of procedures done with Dr. Cook. From cleanings to fillings to caps and so on. The costs are minimal (with insurance) , but no matter the cost the staff, the doctor, and the atmosphere of the office make this place a huge success. Dr. Cook is engaging and charming and his staff have a fun and spunky attitude. I would recommend this dentist to everyone... in fact i do recommend this Dr. Cook to everyone.

I went in for a cleaning today. I love Dr Cook and the staff in his office. They are professional, friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend Dr Cook to others. I also like the music theme of his office and the music that they play there! The couch in the waiting area is the most comfortable seat in the place. :)
