Dr Kelley preformed cataract surgery on my left eye, he informed me after the surgery that he sliced a hole in my sack that the lens rest in the broken up lens fell through this opening and i now have lens fragments floating around in my eye. I paid out of pocket for this procedure and now have to have another surgery to remove these fragments at a cost of $8000.00 that i will also pay out of pocket.
