Billy and his team were super flexible and responsive with this crazy market we are currently in. He went way above and beyond. He gave us honest recommendations on what we needed to do based on our neighborhood to get the most value from the sale in the fairly short timeframe we had. We even had a buyer fall through (at least we got the earnest money), and he was right there to help us get it listed again that weekend. We ended up selling for even more than the original offer!

There are many wonderful things I could say about The Pauling Homes Team. They gave us guidance and recommendations on upgrades to make to our home ready to sell. Our house was on the market for 48 hours and 15 offers were received. I truly believe the suggestions given improved the home and made a quick sale above asking price. Can I rate higher than 5 stars? Billy is great. He's a true professional. Pauling Homes is an Outstanding team that is very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with. The process of buying our new home and selling our old home was actually fun. Billy is 99% of reason for that. I have to take 1% credit for something, and that was for hiring Billy. For real, this guy rocks!
