There is much to say about Billy Pauling~ he is professional, insightful beyond his years, and his team approach, including us the sellers, insured confidence to the process. Billy took us from the initial idea of selling our home of 23 years to the closing~ not at easy task for us however his guidance from Day 1 to closing was incredible. Can I rate higher than 5 stars? Billy is great. He's a true professional. Pauling Homes is an Outstanding team that is very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with. The process of buying our new home and selling our old home was actually fun. Billy is 99% of reason for that. I have to take 1% credit for something, and that was for hiring Billy. For real, this guy rocks!
Robin Warden from Pauling Homes Team was awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process! She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home selling and buying.
