It was great working with Mike on my first home purchase. He was there with me every step of the way explaining things and answering any questions I had. Super thorough and great communication. When I had an issue near the end regarding a retaining wall he was working nonstop to get it resolved. I’m super happy with my home purchase and I couldn’t recommend working with him more!

Billy and his team were super flexible and responsive with this crazy market we are currently in. He went way above and beyond. He gave us honest recommendations on what we needed to do based on our neighborhood to get the most value from the sale in the fairly short timeframe we had. We even had a buyer fall through (at least we got the earnest money), and he was right there to help us get it listed again that weekend. We ended up selling for even more than the original offer!
