You won't find a better realtor than Billy Pauling. He is first and foremost honest. On top of that he is very good at what he does and saved me thousands of dollars as my buyer's realtor. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale to make sure that I was taken care of in every way. I can't say enough good things about him, truly a 5 star professional!

Billy and his team were super flexible and responsive with this crazy market we are currently in. He went way above and beyond. He gave us honest recommendations on what we needed to do based on our neighborhood to get the most value from the sale in the fairly short timeframe we had. We even had a buyer fall through (at least we got the earnest money), and he was right there to help us get it listed again that weekend. We ended up selling for even more than the original offer!

We used Billy for the last 2 houses we purchased and 2 we sold. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the process. He is also always willing to answer questions /concerns whenever they come up and does a great job of explaining complex issues in a way that is easy to understand. Billy Pauling called me to see if I was interesting in selling my home and as luck would have it it was on my mind. There are many wonderful things I could say about The Pauling Homes Team. They gave us guidance and recommendations on upgrades to make to our home ready to sell. Our house was on the market for 48 hours and 15 offers were received. I truly believe the suggestions given improved the home and made a quick sale above asking price.
