We had already moved away but needed to sell a large home in Eden Prairie from across the country, when the market was starting to take a downward turn. Billy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. They had clear marketing plans (great stager, photographer), set realistic expectations, and handled everything for us, from checking on heat to calling painters. I would highly recommend Pauling Homes to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell, because they're so great to work with.
I worked with Mike Taylor and had such a great experience purchasing my first home! Mike was very thorough with any information he had on the home buying process, going to showings, things to look for during walk throughs, and more detailed advice on various things throughout the home I purchased. Mike went above and beyond for me during my experience and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home, because I know he'd do the same for you!
