The only reason I’m giving her two stars is because she found a buyer for our house. However, this made her a dual agent which was a disaster. Asked her to extend our closing date since we didn’t have a place to go and she told me to contact a lawyer. I have talked to several realtors since then and they all think this behavior is appalling. She’s lucky we’re saving for a down payment on another house or we would have paid to get out of her contract. I paid her 6% for her to tell me to get a lawyer and not work for me. Get y... read more
