Dr. Keller was recommended to me by my trainer. Her mother had back surgery by Dr. Keller and was very satisfied. I met with Dr. Keller and found that he had a good sense of humor and seemed very knowledgeable. He reviewed my MRI and Xrays and gave two options. One was to treat my condition conservatively and the other to do surgery to correct the problem in my back that was causing me to have problems walking and have pain and numbness in my left leg. I had lower back surgery that Doctor Keller did and he told me the risk and explained the procedure that made me feel like I was his number one patient. His staff is the best and David his right hand man was so cool as well.

Dr Keller is very personable and put me at ease when discussing the issues with my spine. He provided options and explained the pluses/minuses with each. He performed an ACDF and I have been pain free ever since. I recently saw him again regarding another different area of my spine, and he provided a clear explanation based on his review of the MRI and X-rays as well as the physical exam. I now know what to do going forward. He felt surgery on this particular area was not warranted and provided a path going forward.

Dr. Paul Keller is the expert in orthopedic spine issues. He is experienced, conservative, precise and personable. I was rear ended sitting in traffic. That blow & whiplash cut into my cervical cord 3.5mm, very scary since 4mm it’s severed… a hair width from a quadriplegic or worse. I had a sudden onset of numbness and partial loss of function of my right leg (ended up being plantar flexion) but no apparent back pain but searing sciatica pain. After seeing Dr. Keller it turned out I had a double herniation and stenosis that Dr. Keller and team quickly diagnosed and, given the severity, pushed my case through my insurance provider to have immediate surgery. I had lumbar spinal fusion in February 2021. This was my second surgery performed by Dr. Keller. My first surgery, cervical fusion, took place in 1999. I have felt to be in "good hands" each time Dr. Keller operated. He and his staff are caring, compassionate and professional. Time was taken to answer all my questions and to address my concerns regarding surgery and the healing process. It is difficult to express my appreciation and thankfulness for the care I have received from Dr. Keller and his staff.

In early 2020 I was experiencing severe radiating pain into my right leg due to spinal compression in my L3-L4-L5 area. I worked with physical therapy to try and resolve, but the severe pain persisted. I finally went to Dr. Keller, who reviewed my symptoms and scans. I recently relocated to Florida so finding Dr Keller to do my back surgery was a great referral from my primary physician.I had suffered for 5 plus years with sciatica and severe back pain crippling me but unable to do surgery due to recovery time off from work.I am so happy to say I had spinal fusion with basically no pain afterwards and recovery was successful.Dr Keller and his staff are very professional I am not in pain anymore.

I am 7 months out from Level 3 lumbar decompression and fusion, and doing great. I got opinions from Dr. Keller and from a neurosurgeon. I chose Dr. Keller based on my own research, and his detailed and compelling presentation to me. I always felt as if I was his only patient whenever I met with him, before, during, and after the surgery. The procedure went as advertised, and without complications.
