I had anterior cervical discectomy and fusion of three discs over a year ago by Dr. Paul Keller. I am completely pain free and the results are so much better than I ever expected. Dr. Keller did a wonderful job explaining the process to me. It is widely known in the Melbourne, FL area that he is a gifted surgeon and now I can attest to that as well. His staff is very professional and well organized. I highly recommend Dr. Paul Keller!

Dr. Keller is amazing! I tried PT, Chiropractic and spinal injections for my lower back and leg pain. I was unable to stand for 30 minutes without intense pain. Finally decided to look into surgery and was referred to Dr. Keller. Back surgery is no walk in the park by any means, but 1 year later, I am pain free and can do everything I did before! He and his team truly care for the whole patient. BEST thing I could have done to treat my back, and BEST Doc to do it!

I had suffered with terrible neck pain which in turned caused horrible headaches. The only relief was aspirin, I was taking so much that then my stomach was in trouble. I had been to the back clinic on US 1, and they gave me several injections in the neck, and that only relieved it for a few weeks. I would recommend him to anyone. He has done 2 neck and one back surgery on me. He is wonderful and caring. He explains everything so you understand and does not rush you. He is the best!

Dr. Keller was an absolute blessing! He did C4-C7 surgery on my neck, he was extremely informative of how the procedure would go and the recovery. His bedside manor was nothing but professional and relaxing. I Highly recommend him and his awesome staff. Thank you Dr. Keller!!!!
