I have personally bought 4 vehicles in the last 6 years from this dealership. With that being said, the last two times I’ve come to the lot, I’ve been blown off, treated horribly, and spoken down to. I won’t be back, and do not recommend to anyone else.
The entire team at Keith White are top notch. Very helpful, friendly, and proactive. Kevin Mercier is a great salesman. He follows up on promises made at the time of the deal to be sure everything is as the customer expects. Barry in service is the same way. A great place for sales or service.
My mother recently bought a car from here and was promised a new battery if the one in her vehicle wouldn't hold its charge. Long story short, they followed through on their promise and then some! They picked it up, brought it to the dealership, replaced the battery, and returned it in just a few hours. They were all very courteous and helpful. :). Thanks!!!
