I bought a car from you in January and so for I have had a good experience with everything I have needed. I just had new brake pads all the way around and they were fast and my bill was less than I anticipated. Win win
Great service. The ladies working in there take care of me every time. Great atmosphere. Quick and efficient.
Personally I did not have a great experience with these people. I understand that I bought a used car but instead of telling me all the facts they beat around the bush and acted all shady. I should have just used my instincts and not bought it. The day after I bought it I had to put it in the shop and now I am spending 1500 dollars to repair the issues so I can drive it. I’m not saying they are horrible I’m just saying they could of done better with me.
I would recommend them to anyone. I purchased my truck from Keith White Ford and they were a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Keith White Ford is a prime example of why car dealerships cannot be trusted. In March 2020, my daughter purchased a used Suburban. It is now April 2020, and the experience of working with this dealership has been horrendous. Shortly after purchase, within days, the Suburban purchased began having transmission issues. My daughter asked me to look at the vehicle, due to my knowledge from working on motors and transmissions for 30+ years. We did offer her the extended warranty at time of purchase and they both declined getting it for the vehicle. We then offered to have her bring the vehicle into our dealership and we offered to help her with repairs of the vehicle upto $1000.00 and they said they would pay the $1500 for the repair. I recently rented a van for my church. My experience was horrible. The air didn’t work and they overcharged my card. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The lady in the business office was heartless,cold and unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The least they could’ve done was have some compassion. I told her how could you act so unconcerned, I told her it wasn’t her card or her money! Shame shame on her! How could you take extra money from a church with no remorse? God help them!
