Saw Dr. Lawhorn for a shoulder problem I had for a few years. He treated me very conservatively (injection & physical therapy) but eventually performed surgery. I’m only a few weeks out but already feel a lot better. He takes his time examining you and spends time explaining his findings and the options for treatment. Always took the time to answer questions. Glad I was introduced to him.
A+ -
Dr. Lawhorn puts the best interest of the patient in front of everything else. While the decision to undergo the knee procedure we did was not popular with me or my family his ability to break everything down and explain the pros and cons was very comforting. Once in surgery his knowledge and expertise allowed him to perform techniques that provided. The most stability as well as minimize time to heal. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lawhorn.
Dr Lawhorn was very nice. He was responsive and present at my first Telehealth visit for my injured knee.
Prompt, courteous, respectful, explained symptoms well, very good bed side manner.
I have and will continue to recommend Dr Lawhorne
I've had Dr. Lawhorn for several years, and he is one of favorites in a list of specialists. I always look forward to seeing him or his PA, Drew!! They take good care of me.
Dr. Lawhorn helped me significantly. When I arrived to see him I was in significant pain and had little ROM in my left arm and shoulder. After the initial exam he administered 2 injections which alleviated my pain and I was able to regain my range of motion. Although still sore I still have relief from the “frozen” shoulder and am allowed to return to work. I highly recommend Dr. Lawhorn, especially if you want to keep doing what it is you want to do.
I was seen and treated by Dr. Lawhorn, when my two boys had shoulder injuries, Dr. Lawhorn saw them. Additionally, a good friend of mine had shoulder surgery after a bicycle accident, he wasn’t pleased with the results. I recommend he see Dr. Lawhorn, and he too thinks he’s great! I’m sure he’s very competent in others areas, but if you need a shoulder specialist-he’s the one you want!
