I DO NOT Recommend This Job They’re HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & Don’t Care About NOTHING But Getting The Shifts Covered They Will Leave You Stuck On Shift & Sometimes Have You Working Over 24hr. No One In The Office Will Step In To Help Cover The Houses But Will Contact You Quickly If Someone Says You’re Doing Something Wrong. Started out a great partnership ended with high levels of deception. Would not Recommend them lots of talking out of both sides of the mouth.
As a current DSP with Keithcare, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! My previous company wouldn’t allow the staff to build relationships with the residents which is very hard to do. With Keithcare, it’s literally one big family! I absolutely love my job. My residents are awesome and the staff is great. I can’t say enough about my administrator, Alex who is currently overseeing our house on top of others plus his overloaded work schedule.
