Worst in handling claim response. Abandonment. They don’t call you. You need to beg while leaving your voicemail to them. They said they will get back to you in 24 hours. No call back in 1 week. No updates.. no information given. Useless. “ Like a bad neighbor… Statefarm is not there”.

I was in an accident this month(not my fault), and State Farm lost my claim. Even after re-submitting my claim, they did not contact the other driver's insurance. They offered no help or guidance. The monthly price is decent, but they will not help you when it is needed.

I’m disabled and I have State Farm insurance I’ve been with StateFarm for four years. They have been screwing me over left and right I have kept in constant contact with them and they blame it on the underwriting team. I was involved in a minor automobile accident om 05/08/2023. The other driver backed into me in a ****** **** parking lot. The other diver refused responsibility. Law enforcement was called and a Accident Report was completed. The other driver was charged with Hitting a Vehicle, she still refused responsibility. State Farm only accepted 65% of liability and is trying to assess me with 35% of liability eventhough their driver was charged with the accident. Horrible company and even worse customer service. They let someone commit insurance fraud on me and despite having witnesses that I wasn’t at fault they blamed me and let the other driver fraud them out of 50k. They then dropped me as a client. Boycott

State farm is the absolute worst company!!!! I had homeowners insurance with them for 20 years. Everything is fine and good and they're so helpful and nice until you make a claim. They won't pay the claim and then cancel your insurance I made a claim about shingles on my roof that came off the adjuster came out and I never heard anything from him again never got it fixed and never got any money that was a year ago but they cancelled my insurance today. My home has been covered by statefarm through myself for 18+ years and my mother for 20+ years same house I had a claim in 2020 they never sent an adjuster out to look at the damages. I was told to take pictures and send them in. I did they send me a check and I had to find someone who would come and fix my house during the Covid period in 2020. 2022 2023 storms came through and revealed damages from 2020. i can see why rating is low. spent a year and a half disputing their offer of $600 on $4,000 damage. we never claimed any injury and it was never in question that it was the liability of their client. all we wanted was repair of damage to the truck. i, and the body shop asked numerous times for an adjuster, but they continued to insist they didn't have in person adjusters, only virtual. they also kept insisting that the photos weren't submitted properly or by the proper person, so went to state farm office here and they subm... read more

I have been a StateFarm customer for a very long time. I have always been pleased with them however in Jan 2023 I saw a increase of 15 bucks, I called my agent and his response was everyone is going up unfortunately. Ok I can do 15 a month but now in June it went up 41 bucks, so in 6 months it has been raised nearly 66 bucks. I called my agent and he told me the same thing that he told me in Jan, that unfortunately everyone is going up. Mind you I have never filed a claim nor gotten any tickets with StateFarm.
