I had my last appointment on 2/28/23. They were supposed to order my trial contacts. I have called 3 times since then, and they STILL have not ordered my contacts! I was lied to and told that they were in back order and should be arriving in the next week. I waited 2 weeks to call back and was told that they were never ordered. They do not know who told me that they were on back order. I call today to find out that they STILL have not ordered my contacts!
