I started working w/ Sharon as a first time home buyer. We looked at dozens of homes. I couldn't find the perfect fit, it wasn't quite right or i wish that was a little different. I would definitely recommend Sharon as an agent. She assisted with each step of the home buying process including helping me find the right lender, recommending home inspection companies, and ensuring a seamless closing. The particular property I purchased was a short sale. Sharon listed my home. I stopped listing it when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. After he passed away someone who had looked at my home with Sharon made an offer. I had told her I didn't want to discuss it over the holidays. She relayed that to the buyers who were willing to wait. We closed on the house in February with a negotiated offer that pleased everyone.

Sharon is the best period. The one category that is missing from this review is Integrity. If you enjoy that snake oil feeling you get from telemarketers or used car sales reps then keep working with someone else. I have bought and sold several properties and not all encounters have been good....EXCEPT for Sharon. She thinks outside of the box and honestly looks out for your best interests, even if it means placing them over her own.

We gave her the search criteria and she found exactly what we were looking for! Sharon always makes herself accessible and is never to busy to help. She is a credit to her profession and easily navigates through all aspects of the home buying / selling process. Sharon is simply the best - I would highly recommend her.
