Karen was our eyes and ears during our home search. She became a trustworthy friend on this journey and she helped us find a perfect get-away lake-house in Lauderdale Lakes, WI. My wife and I Contacted Karen to see if see would contact 2 property owners to find out if they were interested in selling their homes. The properties were on Lauderdale Lakes and were not for sale and did not seem occupied. Karen was very responsive and was willing to take on the project. She was able to accommodate their schedules and was very open about the houses they saw and made recommendations based on the listing and area. She helped them with the offer on their home and then a counter offer which they won and will now be moving into their first house.

We first met with Debbie when we visited Wisconsin several summers' ago and we stayed in touch throughout our move to Wisconsin. When we were ready to purchase a home she was very helpful and very professional. She was patient with us when we looked at several houses and gave us information on all of the houses. Working with Tracy Salee was a pleasure. She is a true professional and very knowledgeable in real estate. The sale and close on the property we sold was smooth and easy. What I enjoyed the most was that there were no surprises or bumps in the road. If I had another piece of property to sell in this area, I would demand having Tracy as my agent.

Stacey was not our original agent, but she stepped in for the other agent mid-stream. She did a very good job understanding what we wanted, our time frame, and our purchase intent - after just meeting for the 1st time on the day we toured several homes. Once we expressed interest in a particular home, Stacey was very quick and efficient and we ended up purchasing the next day. Good experience.

Stacey assisted my husband and I in buying a condo in Fontana in late June of 2013. She had worked with us for many months and was tireless in reviewing and recommending different properties (single family and condominiums). My husband (an ex real estate broker) was especially impressed with both her knowledge of properties all around Geneva Lake and her high ethical standards in representing her clients.
